if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your replacement within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will recieve a credit for another product from our catalog, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),

Expeditied Shipping from Canada thru Canada Post is a service which provides the reciever with confirmation of package being recieved from shipper to postal service then provides iformation on arrival of item at destingation. This costs starting at $17.00

Xpresspost priortiy Shipping from Canada thru Canada Post is a service which provides not only the above but will give the sender and reciever more info on the reasonalbe location of item at any given time.  this cost is usually starting at $28.00

Next or 2 day shipping will provide proof of shipping and tracking as well as at times signature of recipent.  these types of shipping are in the $60 to $70.00 price range a solution for times when people need products quickly.

If you are looking for your package and the Item is just registered as being recieved the by postal system the package is still  moving thru the system not just sitting there.
